2014 Petit Verdot

The Petit Verdot projects both beauty and strength. It is not often that California Petit Verdot is offered as a separate varietal, but this wine demonstrates precisely why we do it. Growing in our warm Calistoga climate, our Petit Verdot shows captivating floral notes intertwined with ripe blueberry and blackberry expressions. Additional structure is provided by the addition of some Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine shows it has the weight and structure to age incredibly well, but presents a silky richness that provides an incredibly delicious palate.
