2018 Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is bright and fresh with fragrant aromas of peach and pear and a touch of lemon citrus. The grapes are grown in well-drained clay loam soil with drip irrigation on the vines and then hand picked into bins. In order to tame the natural herbal characteristics of the sauvignon blanc varietal grapes while maintaining their crisp acidity, we blend the musque clone with the SB-1 clone, and the wine does not touch steel during its maturation process. By all accounts the resultant 100% Sauvignon Blanc wines we produce each year are all well rounded with depth and luscious mouthfeel. Only 110 cases of this current 2018 vintage were produced.
